RESERVATION PROCEDURE

Reservations can be made via email or telephone. Written confirmation will be sent via e-mail.

Once the reservation is confirmed the client is liable for cancellation fees.

PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.

Rates are valid at the time of booking, but until such time as full and final payment has been received, the price is subject to change without notice.

Should payment not be received as stipulated, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

In the unlikely event of there being an unscheduled postponement of a reservation caused by bad weather, strikes or any other matter beyond our control, it is understood that expenses incurred will be for the client’s account.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification.

Cancellation penalties are levied as follows:

Any reservation cancelled within 12 weeks of the arrival date – 50% of the total invoiced amount.

Any reservation cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date – a charge to the full value (100% of the total invoiced amount) will be applicable.

In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and

confirmed, will be charged.

Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are

dependent on the ability to re-book the room.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check in time is at 14h00; guests wishing to arrive earlier is only by prior arrangement.

Check out time is 10h30; late departures will be accommodated where possible but are subject to occupancy / availability
